Hydraulic Oil Seal for Heavy Equipment used in Road Construction, Mining, and Earth Moving operations, designed to provide optimal performance, durability, and reliability in the most demanding conditions and environments. These seals are essential components that ensure the proper functioning and longevity of machinery, helping to prevent leaks and reduce maintenance costs while enhancing overall efficiency.

Supplying durable hydraulic oil seals for heavy machinery. Hydraulic oil seals are critical components used to prevent fluid leakage, maintain system pressure, and keep contaminants like dust and moisture out of hydraulic cylinders, pumps, and motors. They are engineered from durable elastomers like polyurethane, nitrile rubber (NBR), or Viton.

Key Types of Hydraulic Seals

  • Rod & Buffer Seals: Prevent fluid from leaking out of the cylinder head while the piston rod moves back and forth.

  • Piston Seals: Maintain sealing contact between the piston and the inner cylinder bore, allowing pressure to build and move the cylinder.

  • Wiper/Scraper Seals: Installed on the outside edge of the cylinder head to scrape away dirt, mud, and metal chips when the rod retracts.

  • Guide Rings / Wear Rings: Prevent metal-to-metal contact between the piston/rod and the cylinder wall, absorbing lateral loads. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

Common Materials Used

  • Polyurethane (PU): Highly resistant to wear, tear, and abrasion. Ideal for heavy machinery.

  • Nitrile Rubber (NBR): Highly flexible with excellent resistance to petroleum-based oils and greases.

  • Viton (FKM): Excellent choice for high-temperature and chemically demanding environments.
